Social Feed Purifier combines visible labels, post structure, media signals, call-to-action links, and site-specific wrappers so feed cleanup keeps working as layouts shift.
Sponsored posts, Sponsored Reels, Reddit Promoted posts, LinkedIn Promoted posts, and display/right-rail ads are the default target.
Keep ads blocked, then opt into hiding recommended jobs, follow prompts, page and group suggestions, videos, external links, NSFW posts, or spoilers.
Use placeholders, previews, undo, and the feedback picker to handle false positives or missed posts without sending samples anywhere.
Every supported feed has its own language, presets, counters, placeholders, and optional filters instead of forcing one generic ad-blocking rule onto every site.
Hides Sponsored feed posts, skips Sponsored Reels on dedicated Reel pages, right-column sponsored boxes, page Follow suggestions, group Join suggestions, suggested posts, Reels, Stories, People You May Know, Marketplace posts, and selected navigation clutter.
Hides Promoted posts in feeds and conversation pages, plus opt-in filters for NSFW, Spoiler, Brand Affiliate, recommended posts, video posts, and outbound-link posts.
Hides Promoted feed posts, with opt-in filters for display/right-rail ads, suggested posts, follow suggestions, promoted jobs, newsletter/event promos, video posts, and external-link posts.
Instagram support is currently disabled while its detection model is redesigned. Existing Instagram code is kept out of the active extension.
Each supported site has its own popup labels and filter groups. Corrections, counters, settings, and training samples stay in the browser.
Social Feed Purifier is built and maintained independently. Sponsorship helps keep development moving.

The extension does not collect user data. Detection runs locally in the browser on supported pages where the extension is active.
User settings, counters, local classifier weight adjustments, and optional feedback samples are stored in
chrome.storage.local on the user's device.
The extension does not call remote APIs, does not use remote AI services, does not click ads, and does not interact with Facebook, Reddit, or LinkedIn APIs.
Users can disable filters, show or hide placeholders, configure text rules, export local settings, reset local learning, or remove the extension at any time.
Social Feed Purifier is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn, or Microsoft.
If a post is hidden incorrectly, use the extension placeholder's Preview, Undo, or false-positive controls. If an unwanted post is missed, use the popup's Feedback section to pick the visible post and classify it locally.
For support, use the Chrome Web Store support link or email netkomm@gmail.com.
Development is independent. If the extension saves you time, sponsorship is appreciated.
